Developer and Builder Partnership
Developers/ Builders often partner with Land/ Home owners to construct homes within their planned communities or subdivisions. The developer uses the Land/ Home owners property and then obtains necessary permits, and may handle the marketing and sales aspects and can oversee the actual construction process.
Builder and Investor Partnership
Investors might partner with Builders who provide financing for construction projects. In return, the investor typically receives a share of the profits or a predetermined return on their investment.
